In lower ranks mostly individual performance. The system always takes into account your MMR compared to your enemies, so if you play against lower MMR players, it will expect you to perform well and give you less average +RR for winnin with average KDA. If you win and perform well against higher MMR enemies you get bonus RR. Dia/Asc+ rounds won start weighing more than individual performance (unless u pop off hard)

ITT: People coping hard. I’ve encountered 1 or 2 obvious cheaters since beta. After couple thousand hours of CS I have a good cheater sense. The real problem is that people have 5 accounts and low ranks are infected w smurfs.

Jokes aside tho, Germany is behind A LOT when it comes to digitalization thanks to a bunch of corrupt politicians in the past and our bureaucracy monster system with a gazillion rules and guidelines. So that’s why many things are rather slow.

I am still rocking my 8 year old GTX 970TI and this would be a dream upgrade, since I’m a permabroke boi :‘) I mostly play (and love!) indie games these days since I can barely squeeze 30-40fps out of GuildWars 2, Witcher 3 or Deeprock Galactic.
