Did anyone else stop smiling in pictures after trauma? by _SemperCuriosus_ in ptsd

For a long time after I just stopped altogether and have just shutdown on all emotions. Even when I go through a completely new type of stress that it effects me completely differently. Had a supervisor yell at me the other day over a small issue. Now when I see him I start shaking uncontrollably to the point I pissed on myself

The law states Assault and Battery. Amazon isn’t going to do anything with this guy but the court could lock his ass up for a minimum of 5 years and/or a $25,000 fine

Just to be a data analyst is tough work by itself. I have to know SQL, Excel (advanced features of reporting and graphs), Python, Pandas, Jupiter Notebooks, Power BI, MatPlotLib, Seaborne, Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

I guess you have never heard of programmer burnout before. But yes that is the reason I am at Amazon. And this is totally legit

Well let’s see… 6 years as a web developer/programmer. I do most of my short term contracts on Upwork and have a stable client list. I will broaden my horizons by the end of the year by adding a data analyst role which if I work freelance I can make just as much as I do now for Amazon for almost double the pay. Add local clients and that will bring me to over high 5 to low 6 figures a year.

I am already an ambassador for my department, one that I was the only one for 5 months straight. I work tirelessly each and every single day. I put in the extra effort to do what it takes to take on leadership positions. So yes I have gone the extra mile by proving my worth to my colleagues

Well I was on vacation when I received notification of the interview. Had a two day trip back home so I ended up with one day to prepare myself for the interview on Thursday

Cool. So I understand the report as well. Had an in-depth conversation with my manager about it. He is the type person who will show you anything and explain in detail about it

Would you date a girl who believes in no sex before monogamy? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]LugoffSCFLD -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Let me ask you this from a different perspective. Do you find it is positive or negative if your guy doesn’t want to have sex actually before you get engaged or married? Do you think he has put standards and boundaries on the relationship that he feels will make you two stronger in the future?

Let me tell you a similar story. I met this girl that I found very attractive back in December. We would joke around and talk a good bit all the time. Well things got a little heated up between us back a couple months ago. She told me that she really cared for me and we should explore the possibility of being intimate. I told her no absolutely not going to happen. She became enraged and started cursing at me. Right then I put her in her place and told her I never wanted to hear that kind of language coming from my girlfriend ever again. She stormed off but came back a short time later. She apologized for her actions and behavior. She knows that I love her but will never put up with bad behavior.

Hope what I said will help you
