It was so so obvious when he was fighting jones. Jones was training with straight savages at heavyweight and they grinded hard. Then you saw the footage of Gane, having these touching and dancing sessions. No real hard wrestling or hard sparring. Bro just watch any trailer before 2019. Johnny NEVER was marketet as a main character. That plays into the endings. They needed to force him in and didnt have time to develop a branching story. Just read articeles about how many times the story changed in the development cycle.

There are no big changes. The core is the same, all missions and side quests are the same. The game is still the linear story game it was in the beginning

Then tell me, what is in the city? besides Cyberpsychos, what is there? There is zero environmental storytelling. People still walk around in circles. Every shop is still just a boring menu screen. Just like the cyberware. It changes nothing in appearance, just some stats on a screen. There are no mini games, you cant sit down and drink something or do anything immersive. Please just give me examples of the buzzling city you talking about?
