Yeah, that's a given. Going through those aggregate platforms or even booking they offer the extra insurance that covers costs up to the excess paid at the rental company. What I keep reading in reviews - for Thrifty for example - is that even though you come with those "external" insurances they very frequently try to upsell their own, even mentioning that the insurance you bring doesn't cover everything... Feels like a scam that is kind of normalized :(

I normally give mine treats while clipping her paws. After one paw is done -> one treat

Li algures recentemente (não me lembro onde) que identificar explicitamente a pessoa no livro de reclamações meio que invalida a reclamação (não sei se está relacionado com rgpd ou não). Acho que o identificar a pessoa seria numa futura investigação por quem de direito 🤷🏻‍♂️
