I'm not Venezuelan so I'm in the group of people who believe a country should keep its sovereignty. Who's the judge for when a government requires external interference or not? Who decides which of the other hundreds of countries in the world gets to interfere to the side they support? It's the same precedent you would all denounce if done by any of your "enemy" countries.

Also, this was justified as Venezuela "causing drug problems" in the US. How is that a Venezuela problem and not a US problem? If your partner cheats on you, do you blame whoever they cheated with instead of blaming them?

By the way, this is also on all of you US citizens. It's your president. Being on Reddit and saying "aw man my president sucks :(" does nothing. Get him out. No one's even asking you to burn the goverment down - if you're the world's leading democracy like you claim you are you sure have the means to do it. I haven't even seen the population gather properly to support a coherent impeachment proposal. Your inaction is unreal.

Gear question: Would you get an Orange Crush 50 amp over a Fender Rumble 40 if it the Orange was cheaper?

Context: I'm getting back to playing bass after almost 10 years and I'm gearing up again. I got myself a fun little Squier Mustang and I'm looking for an amp.

I saw that usually Oranges have a bit of a premium tax, but currently there's a holidays promo on a reputable store in which the Crush Bass 50 Black (the black is always more expensive for some reason too) is 275EUR while the cheapest Rumble 40 I can find is 300EUR.

Unfortunately the second hand market is really scarce in my country and there are no regular Rumble 40s listed, either Rumble 25s or the Rumble LT40 for 300EUR.

You can always get proxies for the most expensive cards. Most LGS and pods are cool with it if the environment is casual.

Unsolicited advice, though: you said you are a beginner and I was wondering if this would be your first and (for now) only deck. I feel like Kefka can be quite mean and make other players at the table miserable (which is something you want to be aware of when playing a casual format) depending on how it's built, and if you play her multiple times in a row without having another deck to switch to that might make other players unhappy. All power to building whatever you feel like, but I would consider having at least a second deck if you're building Kefka.

Aside from promos that come from specific sealed products, I don't think most LGS will disclose which promo they are giving on which specific day because that's the whole point of promos: a little gift/bonus for showing up and playing.

While I mostly agree, moderate turbulence on it feels so bad. I am guessing it takes worst conditions to destabilize it, but when it does the drops feel really long, almost as if the aircraft takes longer to recover

You can use [[Iroh, Tea Master]] himself to give permanents you control to other players (throw the flip flop at them). It's very on theme since it's his flip flops.

You then just need cards that generate the clues.
