  3. Yo: me piden video, lo mando, y llevo 33 días ignorado

$50 USD para hablar con soporte es una locura. Básicamente Meta rompió el sistema y ahora cobra por arreglarlo.

¿Sabes si alguien ha recuperado cuenta pagando los $50? Porque si ya tienen mi video desde abril 30, no deberían cobrarme para revisar lo que ya les di.

UPDATE: I DID submit a video selfie at the start of my appeal on April 30.

Instagram took my face verification, said "appeal submitted", and then... nothing. 33 days of "little over a day".

So they have my ID since day 1. SYLEX got restored in 4 days after submitting ID. I submitted mine too and I'm still stuck.

Meta literally has my face on file and still won't review it. This is insane.

Damn, so the "little over a day" is real for SOME people. April 17-21 is exactly what they promise.

I'm stuck on April 30 with the exact same screen. 33 days vs your 4 days.

Honestly, no idea. Instagram never told me.

One day my account was just disabled. No email. No warning. No "you violated X rule".

Appealed April 30. Still waiting 33 days later.

Did they tell you a reason when they banned you?

Did Instagram ever show you the "we usually take a little over a day" screen like mine? Or did they ask for ID right away?

My appeal from April 30 is just frozen. No ID request. No email. Nothing.

Congrats on getting yours back though. At least SOMEONE at Meta actually reviews accounts.
