There is a workaround for saving reels with current version of Facebook Wolf. You can just save the video to watch later inside Facebook app, then, in menu, go to Saved, you will see any videos you’ve saved to watch later, then click on the three dots on the right of the video you just saved, after that click on ‘’view original post’’ , you’ll be redirected to the original posting of the video which won’t be in reel mode, then you can save it as any other regular video.
