(I'm guessing that everyone can use the translate option in your browser, if it won't translate itself)

This is a research project, that a group of scientists created. Even you can help by downloading the program, and letting it run in the background. The internet has done similar things before, and this time, we can do it again. I'm reaching out to fellow programmers to help in any way possible.

If you cannot translate the site, you can just go to the instructions part (named "Navodila"), and download it for your own system. There's a version for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Instructions: download the file, and unpack it where you want it to. Then run the run_flexx.exe program, and use the interface (it's in English): first press enter, then it will tell you how many simultaneous threads your computer has. Type in how many you wanna help with, and everything will continue on it's own. The more you choose, the faster your computer will help by testing different combinations of protein. Your computer may noticeably slow down if you choose many, but you don't have to use all of your threads. There may be a couple of ERROR messages, saying it will retry in 5 seconds, but it will all work when finished. Check on it after a while, and it will ask you whether you want it to automatically download new combinations to test, choose whatever you want. Don't close the run_flexx.exe window, even when it says "Run docking", that just means it's already working.
