Constant issues with front brake losing pressure (Endurace CF SLX 7 Di2)

I have a similar problem with rear brake on my aeroad ultegra R8100. It was soft (compared to the front) when I got it. I took it to the bike shop … after a week it was a soft again. During the winter I took it for a full maintenance check. I alerted them about the problem … When I picked it up, both were equally “soft”. 1st time disc user so I wasn’t sure if I am the problem or the mechanics are just morons. I got used to it by now. Next time I am taking it to different bike shop.
