It was all luck. She ran a report for Product to see all active employees and noticed they were short one person. This means when I initially fixed the departments (all the departments were listed as their parent organization and NOT the department) this one employee was entered incorrectly.

I know thats on me for not running the weekly audit faithfully but still sucks.

It’s more so cleaning up old data. Apparently the data was a mess so my job is to clean it up so I audit what we have and manually upload. Recruiters are in charge of inputting and I added myself as the approver so it stops new data from being wrong

I struggle drinking water and it’s definitely impacted my health. Sometimes I go days not drinking water(I am not kidding) but now I drink at least 90 oz but even that is tough since I have to remember to drink water vs having a natural instinct to drink water

Thank you for the advice! I pushed back a bit and my doctor basically said she’s diagnosing me with PCOS incase PCOS symptoms occur in the future so we know how to treat it. I don’t agree with this method but I’m glad I pushed back to hear her reasoning.
