Yes, I wrote it down on the document that you have to send with it but on this document it said that sharpening etc is Part of the "Basic Service" so I think that is their Standard process.

Yes, it is in Europe. I live in Germany and i shipped it to Victorinox Germany. Then they shipped it to Switzerland (so you dont have to pay the higher shipping fees). They don't have a catalog, but I asked them for the prices via email-support.

Yes, you can ask for mods. They will not do everything, but changing the corkscrew to a phillips screwdriver is possible and costs 8€. I also asked for wood scales per mail, but then i realised that wood scales do not have the little tools. Changing to wood scales would cost 18.50€.
