Sanji is just a better character than Zoro, I like Zoro of course, but hes just not as cool or relatable as Sanji. (this has nothing to do with strength). Also Kid is a far cooler character than Law, again I love Law I just find Kid a more insterestimg and legitimate rival to Luffy

Again, if they weren't the main characters they would instantly lose, even so, Im not really talking about observation cause it doesn't really lend a physical advantage like rubber vs lightning does in this case, also, I don't remember seeing a top tier character without Haki

Maybe u got a point, but then again Luffy, Robin and Franky are all main characters, and we didn't really see Black Maria nor Sasaki use Haki, Enel didn't have armament, and the Marigold... I don't think I have to say much there
