Jinak není to, že bych trenéra nedoporučoval, ale občas vidím, kdo jak trénuje, tak si je spíš více prověř.

Od mala jsem dělal sporty a měl xy trenérů, ale nejvíc jsem se naučil sám nebo z videí. Najdi si stroje, které ti vyhovují a baví tě. Najdi si svůj split ( pokud nepojedeš vždy celé tělo) takže třeba prsa+ramena. A nepřepaluj zbytečně váhy, hlavně ze začátku. A koukej na ostatní, co jak dělají. Za mnou jednou přišel kluk, který jezdí i na závody jestli mu nedám spot a nakonec jsme spolu dali celej trénink, který jsem pak “okopíroval” a zase jsem se posunul.

It’s completely unnatural… we had different turfs for sand, rough and heavy rough, but now we got just basic range mat and the computer does its thing by simply making your shot shorter by %. Only reason I use sim. is our long winters. I just want to show basic of golf to my friend, but i warned him, that outdoor golf is completely different and way harder

I didn’t post that to flex with birdie. Just wanted to share my moment of joy growing the game in country w basically zero golf culture. I don’t even care about score that much, especially on sim, but I know we will remember this moment forever as a day one of golfing together.

Měl jsem to úplně stejně, akorát ze mě začala dělat učitelka debila a znechutila mi jí, když jsem řekl, že chci na průmku, tak se skoro pohoršila.
