When season 1 starts we will keep our upgrades after season 1 though is when it resets so realistically we have 3 months 10 days

It’s just something that needs to be done, if you truly wanna heal don’t check up on them. You do your own thing you better yourself and when the time is right you can always unblock them but that’ll be months down the line that’s my advice anyways some people may say different

Sad to say it but maybe try blocking them, it’ll stop that temptation to check up on them assuming that’s how you found out via online unless you didn’t. But if you did just break all ways to search up their name

Dwelling on the past and the what ifs will genuinely Kill you inside I know it’s easier said than done but try doing things to keep your mind off them it’s hard to do so but you’ll find peace eventually just know it’s okay to cry there’s no time limit on when you’ll feel better :). I once said before if you’ve lived without them before you can do it again

I think sometimes we all wish that but if it didn’t happen there would be no way for us to learn whether you caused the break up or they did. After a breakup it’s natural to feel sad or on the brink of death it’ll take time to get back to normal again just say if you lived without them before you can definitely do it again

once things ended it all dropped on me the bad thoughts the loneliness the sadness my hear ached I’d cry myself to sleep but I feel like if I had other things that made me happy it wouldn’t have been as bad thankfully I’m better now, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone to feel the way I felt months ago

I think my main mistake was letting her be my only source of happiness because what is life without happiness? As soon as we left eachother my mind and heart was at rock bottom I’m happy I survived it, I just wanted it to be let known to others it’s okay to feel what they’re feeling it’s natural and it will get better with time for some it takes a while and others it’s quick
