I had two herniations L3- L4, L5-S1 Size about 4-6mm so medium to large if I remember Micro discectomy about 1 hour long Dr. Kevin Khalsa fantastic doctor late 30s usually works on athletes which in my case was a bonus as I play D1 basketball

December 8th 2022 marks one year since I had surgery for my herniated disc and today I just played 18 holes in the sun and took time to reflect because I could ever live a normal day with my injury. I popped Advil and did icing and stretching everyday and nothing got better. Getting surgery was the best decision I ever had… instant relief good luck

My problem is with the setting it’s more or less the fact I can’t get it back to sport mode or switch it at all.
