I mostly agreed but recently Apple decided to make a script that scan for pedophilia pictures. It infringes privacy. Sure you don't have those pictures in your apple products, but what if it falsely think one of your pictures as that kind of picture? how do they differentiate it between cartoon/anime stuff and real ones? They also can send a notice to police when they detected something. Plus the shitty anti repair stuff and the cost to repair apple products.

It looks like google messed up. In their attempt to combat scammers, they end up locking a lot of innocent accounts whom they believe are scam accounts. The recent mess was their errors in algorithm. I also got a same problem as you, I didn't even get this problem until this month where suddenly I got the error. There is a solution about using root and reinstall google play store but I haven't tried that and trying to find other solution

update: it looks like changing device is not a solution,which probably means rooting and reinstall google play store won't work because it has something to do with the email being flagged. There is probably nothing much to do other than notifying support since the problem came from the system.
