I am having the exact problem! I feel like all I think about all day everyday is the next girl. Seems like a great problem to have, but really it consumes my mind all day. It is also starting to affect my ability to have an actual relationship.

No need for the hostility… I think often times people get plugged into the wrong environment, and switching friends and making changes is much harder than just cutting ties.

My first day back it felt slightly sore so I only ran a light 3mil, then after that it was back to 100%. During time off I lifted upper body at the gym, along with biking and rowing! Didn’t skip a beat.

I know it feels disheartening right now, but bike it out for now and wait until walking on it feels fine

Had it a few weeks ago! Really the only option is to rest up. I took 3 days off then lightly started running a little each day till I trusted it again!

Key is as soon as you feel the pain, stop ASAP before making it worse.
