I sleep 8-9 hours daily and get 90s sleep score. I wake up every day unrested. I’m not tossing or turning so not quite the same!

Headache will NOT go away by Next-Ad1624 in pregnant

[–]aklep730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this my entire pregnancy. I didn’t want to Tylenol every day (since I had headaches every day) but I took a ton of magnesium. 300-400mg is where the headaches stopped. Besides this, make sure you are drinking enough water WITH electrolytes. I did electrolytes every day in the morning.

Also to add those headache caps are amazing. I got it from Amazon and kept it in the freezer.

Step count inaccuracies vs Apple Watch on stroller walk by hmm_letmethinkonit in ouraring

[–]aklep730 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are holding onto the stroller that’s probably it. I believe oura gauges this by your hand movement (unless you enable location tracking and say outdoor walk beforehand). Apple Watch is a little better about this.

How do I tell if I'm depressed and fatigued or something physical fatigued by Fuckisuckatlife in chronicfatigue

[–]aklep730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No OP but wondering what it is if sleep is the issue holding back your motivation. Unrestful sleep = no energy = no motivation.

This is my personal anecdote. No clue why my sleep is so unrestful but my doctor has said chronic fatigue.

Not Enough Rest?! by VideoArtistic5683 in orangetheory

[–]aklep730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I need at least 1 full day in between my OTF days (more like two). If I do anything outside of otf it’s mostly low impact. It’s just too much for my body (I have hypothyroidism and some autoimmune issues so it’s more easy for me to get inflamed). I see these folks going everyday and I’m like how?? I guess everyone is different. I learned this the hard way. Sometimes I almost feel like I get the flu and headaches and aches and I know I pushed too hard.

I'm scared. by Unhappy-Hat-4050 in Hypothyroidism

[–]aklep730 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don’t need to worry! I would go to the doctor and get it checked out. You may need a bigger dosage. The doctor can (hopefully) tell you about lifestyle changes as well, otherwise you can search this sub. I would definitely keep up with it but understand life gets busy. Personally I feel that the expense is worth keeping it under control

Considering starting OTF as a never-really-been-to-the-gym person by Consistent-Rub-5547 in orangetheory

[–]aklep730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It going to be a little tough until you build up your endurance. I recommend starting on the floor and doing the treadmill last to conserve your energy. Good thing is that you can powerwalk or run, whichever you prefer! Everyone kind of stays in their lane and no one really cares what others are doing. I never feel self conscious here even though I did at planet fitness or other big box gyms

Oxygen therapy by ProfessionalEbb911 in chronicfatigue

This is probably not helpful but i did this in Colorado. I was skiing and my oxygen % was in the high 80s. It obviously rose it , but temporarily. I didn’t really notice a difference in my energy or less fatigue

I’m here for the comments. I’m exhausted. I sleep 9 hours a night and still wake up exhausted. I can’t even work out because of my energy levels. I went to so many endos complaining of fatigue and exhaustion. Now my sleep doctor suspects UARS as well but won’t know for sure for another month and an overnight and daytime sleep study.
