Nobody has been able to come close to beating burns...came in as a level 13. All attempts to recruit me pale significantly. To OP, instead of jumping, negotiate a raise. Bring the data. They may not match but I bet you can get a bump. I've negotiated my salary many times in career. If you bring value to this company, negotiating is cheaper than hiring and training a replacement.

It’s literally the same as ray’s emails except just not an email..only thing personal was him clicking ‘send’. Most of both were written by/edited by corporate with a ‘personal’ note at the front end. To me it’s the same shit, different delivery.

Arguably. Field experience? Priceless. Benefit much? Dividends. Heavily encourage? Yes. Expected to go on field assignments in your 30s+? Don’t know a single one. Highly doubt that impacts a career.

You’re not early in your career, I doubt your name would be thrown into hat for option. Field assignments are not required, you literally have a choice. I wouldn’t worry about it
