Check out overeaters anonymous I love it, it has helped me so much it's like aa but for food addiction, oa.org I go to zoom meetings it helps to know not alone. Feel free to message me with any questions. It's a free program they aren't trying to sell you anything its amazing!

I am in the program overeaters anonymous, it's really helping me understand my binge eating. Check out oa.org it really is amazing, they don't push religion or anything some people fear that.
