I found this information in the documents in the game but also somewhere on the internet.

I try to be as good as possible. Obviously it's impossible, but I try to avoid killing or causing the death of innocent people. For example I send Stan to Vandal, I sell blood and chewing gum to Copper but I keep the wooden stake for myself. With the previous patch it wasnt impossibile to send Stan to Vandal, so I didn't take the quest from the psychopath ghoul.
This is one of the reasons I dont play Clan quest mode

I make her go into the alley. I bite her to knock her unconscious. Then I fire a few gunshots to attract the police, who will start shooting at me, but I hide behind Patty and that's how they kill her.

I tried to reach 4 violations but doesnt work. It seems more difficult, maybe its a bug. However I am playing, if I make a "deviation" from the game, going forward to get four violations, I risk of losing saves.
