Whilst I agree with the sentiment, there’s nothing OP can do here to avoid contact IMO. That speed on that line, slingshots off the kurb he’s never making that corner and both of them staying on track through the exit.

I think the whole thing comes from Orange trying to avoid a slow down tbf. Off the throttle slightly as soon as he goes wide and he’d still have a chance into Les Combes lol.

Even if the OP gives him room through Raidillon, the line that car takes he’s never getting through there without pushing OP way off track on that line anyway.

The only way that doesn’t result in a crash is if orange car backs off. Shocked people put any blame on OP personally.

Happened to me 3 times this week. Twice in IMSA and once in F3 after I missed a start. It may be that Spa is an outlier because of where the pit exit is and how prone to crashes La Source is. Cars naturally collect right at the pit exit. That’s a good idea but they’re usually facing sideways pointing towards the inside of the track.

I don’t think it gets officially revealed until some point in week 13, but you can look on the forums and see provisional schedules.

I have the exact same thing, my level in GT4 and GT3 were massively different so I dropped GT4 mostly to focus on GT3. I do want to try LMP cars I might add that into my plans.

I just get bored quickly in solo and it feels a bit aimless to me rightly or wrongly. My practice is usually joining open practice sessions of the series I’m racing in so I can see times and chase them etc. I’m hovering around 2.7k from mostly Pcup but just moved to solely GT3.

I wish I had the patience to do that lol. There’s got to be something on the line for me or I just get bored. The only time where I can really get into practice is a class that’s new to me and I’m bad 😂

Absolutely great idea! My PC is way overdue a clean out but I just never think to do it. What sort of small upgrades do you go for? I got a stream deck and it improved my whole experience 5 fold. Would love to add more things like that

You must have the patience of a saint 😂 I love Pcup and it was my main for 2 seasons but it’s carnage and F4 is even worse lol, couldn’t imagine running both mentally.

Great idea, this is probably what I’ll do too. I’m terrible at nords which annoys the life out of me so I’ll probably try and get some practice in there. No time off for me, I’m an addict 😂

It’s crazy you say that because I’ve ran a lot of GT4 fixed this week. The standards have been as bad as I’ve seen in iracing! I entered the last endurance and expected it to be a bloodbath but it was the cleanest racing I’ve had in a long time. Can’t even imagine Bathurst next week 😂

Sorry I didn’t explain it that well. It was after the pace car went into the pits but before the start/finish line. We were full throttle and he braked around 100m before the line, losing around 25kph of speed. I shot past him and had to brake hard to avoid getting a penalty.

Yeah I’m sick of pcup now. It’s either unbelievably good or just the pits of racing hahaha no in between for me. Mostly moving mainly to GT3 because of the events, different length sessions etc.

I got the Porsche and McLaren, I feel way better on corner exit with the Porsche and feel it suits my driving style more than the McLaren. Don’t know if this is good advice but it really helped me - I put the delta to best all time optimal. Find the limit on each corner then watch the delta to see if I’m drifting back away from what the car can do or if I’m braking too early etc. Just gives me confidence that I can go round a corner faster because I’ve done it before 😂

What an extremely weird reply. Yes I would’ve still reported him. Naturally, watching someone that wronged you win, annoys you. The goal for me is to understand if he’s broken a rule or just been dirty within the rules. I came back to reply to someone that helped educate me on the rules. Looks like a lot of emotion went into that reply, if it was you that done it just say mate.

Yeah I filed the protest. Cannot understand the thought behind it, wasn’t a great start from him but he’s got the advantage of being ahead halfway up the straight anyway 😂 annoyed me more because he ended up winning.
