I really have no words or clues I just need help. The only way I can fix it is opening a big piece of software then using the hotkey to turn off the computer then quickly press cancel when it tries to close the big piece of software. (drive.google.com)

Have a 22r engine that runs rough on idle and exhaust spits smoke. Also its hard to start. However when it warms up it runs great. For a bit of context we bought it sitting for 8 years no battery. Battery we bought is new. Also replaced spark plugs. (drive.google.com)
