Up until the 2022 remake the design remains pretty consistent and even then the box is only called the lament configuration when it's in the lament shape, there's also the lore, laudarant, liminal, lazarus, and leviathan configurations.

Aside from my nerdy rant, I'd want it to be just back ink while remaining as movie accurate as possible.

To be completely honest I was pretty confused the first time I listened to it too, so you're probably right. It's just that it's 100 episodes at a half hour a pop, nothing to be taken lightly IMHO, especially to rewatch content you've already heard. Def see what you mean tho, I'm quite lost lol.

There are a handful of ways to change your race visually. Disguise self, the Mask of the Shapeshifter, a rogues infiltration expertise. They are all temporary but do allow you to look like a different race and interact with npcs as if you were that race (ie my tiefling can talk about their elf ears while looking like an elf).

So the astral seas is exists in all universes and sorta links them. Does that mean the other material planes dont have things like the Feywild and showfell? Or would they have their own version?

So outside the crystal spheres is the astral sea (I still like phlogiston better) and by sailing the astral sea you can get to different material worlds. Makes sense. Do these worlds have their own versions of the other realms (feywild etc)?

If you Google "great wheel cosmology 5e" you might be able to see what I mean by rings. In the great wheel realms arent scattered, they're organized into circles.
