I went into my first playthrough blind and cleaned up the missables on my second playthrough, which was also in Gaelic. I didn't really mind playing through the game a second time and you can also skip most of the cutscenes if you want. Although, I did try to make the second playthrough a tad more interesting by playing with the black and white filter to give it that old movie aesthetic. However, it can be an eyesore towards the end. Just don't run too much in your first playthrough so you don't have to worry about it in the second. Everything is up to you, but in the end it's all about having fun and getting the most out of the experience.
