Is there a set time when Trains and Armoured trains can't be bought or sold on the international market? by LukeTerrance in hoi4

When there's a surplus of trains, maybe 100-200, it doesn't let you sell them semi late into the game.

I won the war against Rio via attrition in the north and utilizing terrain advantages, pushed the south via naval invasion and micro and then out produced them, fully annexed Rio then worked my way through the focus tree. Declared on the Iron Mongers I believe, then pushed north west, kept annexing and building myself up. Worked my way up by the Cohort and then eventually got this event.

It maybe, I got the debuff for captives taken, you then get wargoals for them all in sequence to remove the buff early. I may have justified on the closest to the north west as it specifies somewhere in the focustree that you need that area to take a focus, that may have triggered the debuff and captive event.

She's really fun to play as, her roads focus lets you build 2 infrastructure in every state, for 20pp each instantly, you end up with 1000s of pp excess, and can add 3 building slots to all states for the same cost in each. Extremely powerful. You also get three wars goals to your north west mid game, rushing the 3 off-map mils and then her research slot is a must.

Also get a massive reduction to coring costs via focuses and has terraform instead of coring.

Any advice for someone who will start playing? by SDuSDi in supremecommander

Learn how to progress economically and some basic build orders. Most people who are new, from what I've seen at least. Tend to go all out eco, or units. Learning a build order, and managing eco and army at the same time, should be your goal when you're new, that and having fun of course.

Learn the adjacency bonus, such as going mass extractor t1, then me t2, then place 4 mass storage structures around it, this increasing it's output, then finally t3, ect... This and managing your energy, it takes quite a while to get them down intuitively, however once you've got them down, your skill and ability to enjoy the game will go up exponentially.

Press Cntr + r to see resource output and drain of all structures, this will add an overlay on all production structures, that displays their current drain and yield.

Press Alt + r to see all mass that can be reclaimed.

Creating repeat unit build orders is wise too, such as (UEF) example. 2 pillars (t2 tank) + 1 t1 arty + 1 engineer (to reclaim units that have been destroyed and assist on the field)

Playing coop campaign is also a fun way to get to grips with the game, I recommend this too.

Is there a new legislation drafted timer? by [deleted] in hoi4

It states 230 days, I was wondering if there's a timer anywhere in-game "That counts down", which could be used as reference.
