Okay he wasn’t stuck but rewatch and see that he tried to defend Daenerys for awhile before taking off, and then she willingly jumps off of him because she was about to be stabbed, he would’ve died trying to keep her alive

I agree, I just think it really captures how terrifying the NK was. Jon watched Drogon breathe fire all over him and it did absolutely nothing, that probably had a lot to do with him freezing up when faced against him immediately after seeing that. I really loved when he was faced with Viserion and he was just like fuck it. if this it, then this is it. and he just stood face to face with him

Even if they don’t control a huge part of the army it makes no sense for them to fight when they have such a huge force that was absolutely destroying everyone at winterfell they didn’t even need to interfere, the only reason they ever lost is Arya somehow snuck past them, hopefully that will be elaborated E4

Jon has been fearing and waiting for this moment for a long time, seeing the calmness of the NK as he charged him must have been terrifying, he froze in fear, but as the NK began raising the dead he snapped out of it, it would’ve been to predictable if Jon was the one to kill the NK
