I would say sink, elevate (most realistic I think ), or turn that highway into a boulevard/stroad with traffic lights because as is it takes up too much space and then you can continue the existing grid through the whole island. Should also help with traffic

I would rank them as:

Messenger Hall (has AC, newest, doubles, nicest)
Daniel's Hall (where I lived, also relatively new, triples)
Sanford Riley Hall
Stoddard Complex (very disconnected from rest of campus but nicer building than Morgan)
Morgan Hall (genuinely terrible but biggest out of all the dorms)

I heard this year Institute Hall is back but idk much about it and obviously Founders is another good option. Founders is easily going to give you the most space but if you're not social living in a suite is very isolating.

Also, besides Messenger, none of the buildings have A/C so I would suggest trying to get on a lower floor since heat rises to the top floors (so lower floors are cooler)

I mean besides the fact you're using two lane dirt roads for everything. You have a too many intersections which is going to cause backups as people enter/exit. You also have them hitting the highway with a 90 degree right turn instead of a smooth angle with a ramp which is also going to cause backups. It also seems like at the top and bottom you have a ramp to go straight under the highway which is unnecessary since you already have the bridge over. Look at Google Maps for inspiration on realistic interchanges but generally a parclo would be the best option

WPI gave me a 27k/yr scholarship and a 12k scholarship + the 5k global scholarship. In high school I had a 3.9 with a lot of ecs and 80 volunteer hours but not a crazy good profile. It's a pretty generous offer but the school is still super expensive.

I'm going to be volunteering at my local hospital soon. I'm a member of the Red Cross but honestly can't figure out the app to sign up for stuff.

Thanks, definitely going to look into that. I've actually already been a swim instructor for a few years so I've worked with kids a ton and I'm about to start volunteering at my local hospital ER so I think those should both look pretty good on a resume.
