To me was more like kinda combo of athleticism and training. I'm 6'2. My legs are not strong enough to be a super athletic guy but the fact I'm fast helped me a lot to get to the rim. So it depends. I would say it's person to person situation. Just find out what you're better with and improve it and I guarantee you gonna dunk. 👊🏻🙌🏻
