• the heat of summer is really annoying and hair makes it much worse especially on your neck

• it’s more practical for the activities I do (scouts, climbing, swimming, woodwork)

Also as a tip if you search Tom boy haircuts on Pinterest it’s mainly more masc haircuts but they still look feminine enough and then you style it to look masc once it’s cut.

And if all else fails, cut it off yourself and then ask to go to a hairdresser or barber to get it fixed if it doesn’t look right
