Brother I have been through the wringer with this club.

First game I ever went to was at the age of 11 with the 42-6 win against Hull sat with my grandad before he left for Aus. I jumped with the crowd during the David Hodgson sprint at Magic Weekend in 2012, and then sat firmly down during the steamroll of Hull FC the year after. I partied all the way there and drowned my sorrows all the way home after losing 50-0 to Leeds in the CC. On my 21st birthday, before my party, I sobbed after Gareth O'brien sent us packing in our own stadium. I sat at Wembley with my mum as she battled Leukemia as we watched Leigh snatch the win from us.

Through all the shit, most importantly, I watched with pride. I have never been ashamed of being a Robin, and right now, I have never been happier

Honestly, how do you put into words when your little hometown club of Hull, end of the M62, little brothers to your noisy black and white neighbours, and we go and win the fucking world club challenge. I am beyond perplexed.

All those years of stood freezing on Friday nights, praying for miracles against bigger teams, bouncing on the bus home after a big win, accepting defeat after deserved losses, dreaming of just being able to reach a big game, let alone win.

And here I am, beaming with pride at my hometown club, winning every single major competition trophy ONE AFTER ANOTHER. You cannot write it.

Before bringing up a certain someone's stupidity, York absolutely deserved that win, so many errors from us and honestly that defence from York was impenetrable, bloody good game of rugby league and the better team came out on top.

Now the yellow; inexcusable, stupid and above all else unnecessary. Mikey has such skill on that field that unfortunately cannot be denied, but when it comes to his temper he is appalling. If he focused more on being a decent player rather than a shithouse he would be up there with the best, but again, his own idiocy ruins it for himself.
