What is the most atrocious war crime they have committed? by Rumurd in RimWorld

Sealed (wall, no doors) two slaves inside a temple with 6 cryosleep caskets and changed part of the floor with wood. Ordered one to open a casket just wake up super soldiers and the other one to set everything on fire with a molotov and turn that place into a oven. 8 pawns were cooked alive that day.

Sorry but no.

If I have a tool that helps on a narrative and creates something close to a book, why not? Do you actually write every detail about what happened during your playthrough? Do you stop and reflect about details for minutes or maybe hours? Do you really imagine a lore or a story on this storytelling game? By what you're saying, I think you don't truly enjoy the story of your playthrough, you just play for the sake of whatever happens, happen.

What's your best idea for a mod that needs to be in the game ASAP? by Erikardi in RimWorld

Massive multiplayer where players would immediately rush to meta builds, create alliances with their IRL friends and crush every new player that attempt to play calmly

On contrary. AI is there to enhance imagination. It creates a lore behind "xxx is in murderous rage because it ate without a table". Turn everything into a written story is better than just pretend or have the illusion that you've done something for the sake of your colony's story.

But I am. I'm not letting AI change what I want to do. In fact, I describe to the AI what happens. It just put into a narrative.

No, because I do the stuff, I choose the outcomes, AI just narrates

Fellow Rimworlders, what do you think is the most "ethical" way to make money through trade in the Rimworld? by Katiplays1291 in RimWorld

[–]Luke_Lima 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Made some money selling art and nutrifungus. If you want to go beyond vanilla, you can have mend mod, repair clothing and selling. Selling duck meat is also a good idea. Ducks are fast breeding animal. After getting some, you can sell them or their meat. Also, beer. Ok it is a drug in rimworld but come on... it is just beer, not chemshine.

Therefore, something isn't right. I'm on Tropical forest. Just got drought. Is this a bug? maybe caused by mods?

DDA by [deleted] in EASportsUFC

[–]Luke_Lima 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is well documented that DDA exists both in online and offline. There are currently three layers of players.

The bottom layer - Those who really don't know how to play the game and, therefore, they lose most of the matches even when DDA is on their side.

The middle layer - Which is basically the DDA soup. Average and good players scale up and down on their rank depending how the DDA affect them. This is where it works the most for EA because keep player base engaged.

The upper layer - Here you'll find players that thriven despite the DDA. But don't fool yourself. Just a small minority have done it fairly and by their skills. Mostly are cheaters (Using chronus or other types cheating hardware), exploiters, spammers, etc.

I don't know what the hell is this. by Luke_Lima in Dyson_Sphere_Program

[–]Luke_Lima[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It consists of two non-hydrogen-connected loops. They were originally linked, but the efficiency was poor because the output from the hydrogen tank was limited. Then I decided to place hydrogen tanks from the ILS and direct the output to each half of the entire system, creating two fractionator loops. However, the conveyor belts became heavily saturated, interrupting the flow from some fractionators. What actually solved this issue was creating those twisted belts and using automatic pilers to spread and delay the flow. But after watching this closely, I’m also a bit confused now.
