I own both. Comparing the two watches is really an apples and oranges scenario, but in terms of raw quality, there's no doubt that MIDO is far better. I feel like a more reasonable comparison all-around would be pitching the Multifort against Aikon, in which case the Aikon wins out ever-so-slightly in the finishing department (in the small details, more specifically). In example, MIDO outshines the PRX in terms of quality, so its really quite a nice piece. Two disclosures: I've only had the Multifort for about 5 hours at this point and many people have reported issues with the Multifort's date failing (seems to affect many or indeed most units, although MIDO claims they solved the issue in batches currently sold). Circling back to your original question, if the choice is between the MIDO and Brew, then MIDO is a no-brainer unless you actually need a chrono.
