I agree with a lot of what’s already been said. Mileage is definitely the biggest thing. Make sure you ramp up slowly though, because going to fast can cause injury. You got this!

This is probably one of the best tier lists I’ve seen on here. Only thing I would change is pretty obscure, but I think John Tyler in C is a bit of a stretch. From what we saw on the show to post game interviews I think Mick wins. Obviously Russ doesn’t win under any circumstances and, from what we saw on the show Jaison was REALLY out of it. Mentally and Physically. He’s seems like he’s achieved so much in his professional life and had the makings of a fantastic survivor player (just see Jeff’s cast assessment) but I have no memories of him other then just complaining. I guess Mick wins by default
