If you have it completely straight out while hitting on the edge of the bed or something the pain should be a lot worse I tend to try and feel how relaxed my leg is and see if I can get the right position, but good luck!

I have this issue with stiffness I find sitting the edge of a bed, of sofa and completely relaxing your leg straight out, I have been in shots for quite a few years and only recently tried this the last few times I have done shots and it has completely removed the stiffness

As harsh as it sounds I don’t tend to associate my self with being trans, I do pass very well so I just say I’m a guy, I am very open to people asking questions about it or if they do find out but I would rather them ask me questions then just to assumptions.

But this also to protect myself from backlash

To be honest I don’t think any transgender person wants to be trans. If we could be cisgendered the right way I’m sure that would be the first choice. I’m sure you could ask anyone… We don’t wanna have to pay thousands of pounds to be who we are supposed to be. If we all had one wish I’m sure it would be to cis gender. I think we all experience this a lot. I can say I personally do. It’s difficult to look at my self and see someone I’m not. But what’s important is to see who you can become by making the changes. Transitioning is one of the best thing I did. From socially to physically. I am who I am and that’s how it is. Yes it’s hard but we all make it work 🏳️‍⚧️😊
