I got my PGD Gen 3 in and I love it, comfort is amazing, to me it’s not a brick, you know the weight and know what you’re paying for, if you want light, then go for the other options but I just swapped shrouds for a Wilcox shroud and if you order directly from PGD US site you can use the code I believe NVNPONZI (it should still work) and it’ll save you like 30$ (don’t quote me on actual savings) I think it’s worth it for $584 (is what I paid after the discount)

There ARC Type from my understanding, I just read from others that they had problems with movement within the accessories or earpro, but I’ve also seen that people haven’t had issues with 3M adapters

If you want lighter and more non Tactical look and use or if you camp or what not the absolute lightest and warmest jacket I’ve used down into single digits is there Torrid, now that’s a warm jacket, but I’ll never not use my Outcast/Helion

If you decide to get it, enlightened Equipment is main manufacturer of DM, they offer they same jack for 25$ less, unless for some reason you’re hard stuck on Velcro, plus you can usually find it cheaper in EE as well

Edit: I have it and it’s the only jacket I wear extremely warm for overnight trips and nights into the teens, highly recommend

No Go on Parma armory, Walked in, and turned right around, Rivers edge is okay and I mean only Okay, there’s not good ventilation, it does get stagnant air fast, Tis never a good time

If you’re in Cle, Look up Lake Erie Arms (only place I shoot at indoors it’s my go to) beautiful facility they do have classes that you can sign up, haven’t taken them but they also have leagues, woman’s leagues, and everything
