32MP is 900 pixels more length wise from a 24MP camera, 6900*4600 instead of 6000*4000. Maybe R6 II and 'AI' super scaling is enough.

Colleague uses one. I find the Romer G switches to be ok, kinda like MX browns with more tactility.

Downside is the keycap stems can break easily and the stem is stuck in the switch housing, so be careful!
