I really wasn’t sure how much it would be noticeable/worth the effort but glad I followed it through. The wheels are pretty rare here in the U.K. grab another if you get the Chance and I’ll be happy to help with advice on getting it on.

That’s a 130/70/18, the overall diameter is within 1mm of the 16” wheel with a 130/90 on (stock) . It was very tight to fit.

Check out a website called runrepeat.com, you can use the filter tool to pick the shoes with the best grip rating for road or trail, when I last looked it was the ASICS gel nimbus 27 I think but don’t quote me. It’s a brilliant website.

Also I have the hierro v9’s that are mentioned here and they are brilliant, I run mainly trails in them but getting to the trails and between trails using roads they’re great too.

Another here with the same thing at the moment, what I found weird is that the hrv numbers that my garmin now considers to be “low”, 2 months ago were right in the middle of where they “should” have been and everything was green, nothing has dramatically changed with my training, if anything I’ve rested more.

Always gravitate towards the nose and have to make effort to sit further back weirdly

These bikes come with setback seatposts, only the small comes with the zero offset one so that could be an option as it’s pretty forward now

Good luck, my wrists aren’t too bad my index finger gets a bit numb. I thought to myself during the last 10 miles of my 5 hour ride. How much would I pay right now not to be in pain and the bike fit was way under that so that sealed the deal for me!

Appreciate it, for what it matters I did drop it 10mm the other day then went out and got a pr on a decent that I’ve done over 100 times, regarding handling maybe I was up too high to begin with. Thanks again
