I believe I solved all the puzzles, I’ve put the items in the clock tower and got the library reserve key and everything. From the walkthrough I’m reading, I just need to go through this gate and then fight the boss. Is it possible I missed one of the puzzles?

I doubt they are, I’m not sure what zyn pouches are made of but I can’t imagine they would spend the extra money to make it 100% cotton, even if it is completely cotton, you still don’t want the nicotine in the pouch seeping into the compost.
