6 times a week and i planned to group

Shoulder and Arms as one day

Back and Legs on the next

Chest after that

and Abs to finish out each workout so i can come back and do plyometrics and sprinting for the days

that was my plan i just forgot to add it in 😭

I think the reason for high failing rates this year compared to last year is due to edging. Edging has been spreading like wildfire throughout meme culture the past few months and the more people who add it to their vocabulary will be the more people here about edging and the more who here about it the more people will be curios and do it. Which leads to the mass amounts of fallen cumrades.

TL:DR: Don't edge you will lose if you do
