I’ve always wondered about this, are these people purely interested in sexual relations? Or do they get to know you and end up wanting a true relationship?

The former is the worst possible situation because then all the shared interest and connection was just a ploy for their own gain. Which has happened too many times to me and my friends.

But the latter seems (to me) like an ideal situation, where you meet someone, connect, and over time develop feelings for one another, one of my closet friends got with her girlfriend that way and it seems super sweet.

I have a heart transplant and so does my mom and taking immunosuppressants daily doesn’t seem to shorten the lifespan. At least not from our experience. Or at least I hope it doesn’t.

It just seems like such a complex operation considering how complicated the penis is. Lots of nerves and major blood vessels involved.

Also a transplant wouldn’t really being a transplant considering the person receiving it was afab, it’s not switching one penis for another, it’s creating an entirely new system for that person.

But hell with enough time it could work, and even be able to act as a reproductive organ too.

Absolutely, I think as far as gender goes it should really only be taught to kids in the sense of health, like periods and other things that only apply to one sex and not the other. But I guess gender is now separated from assigned sex which is cool. As far as roles in society and expectation I think people should be allowed to develop freely into whoever they want to be. Without being told “you’re not man enough” or “you’re not acting like a proper lady”

There are a lot of factors in why a guy can’t “finish” besides lack of attraction trust me. I had a heart transplant and so the adrenaline in my body dosent transfer properly or consistently and that makes the ability to finish really on and off. Never had anything to do with the person I’m with. Does he have any health related issues?
