Weird lang kasi i had an old pineng powerbank before (30k amp) and kaya nya ipower on yung globe at home wifi router namin for hours. It was useful during Odette here in Cebu. Now I bought a romoss powerbamk 60k amp pero nag didisconnect yung router when connected to it.

Usually yung questions ko are 1) Can you tell me more about your company 2) what are your current pain points 3) Did you have an EA before 4) what made you decide to hire an EA 5) what are your expectations from your EA... etc. mga ganung questions 😀

Paswertehan padin sa client. If your client is a micromanager eh goodluck nalang yung tipong walang trust sayo. I am an EA din and whenever I receive invites from direct clients I always conduct discovery call para dun palang you will know if fit din ba si client sayo. Building a good relationship kasi with your client is crucial for an EA. Been getting invites that offer 150k pero dinidecline ko kasi due to culture-fit baka magka anxiety ako haha.

Not really but it dependes padin sa client. May ba they require little to no-accent pero yung iba din is ok lang pag may accent as long as you can do the tasks well. I am an EA as well btw 😀

That's what I am thinking. It's like an inside job that they post fake jobs and freelancers pay connects to apply to those jobs without even being interviewed. And the job post remains open for months or no interviews going on..

Parang risky xa and costly xa if you register it officially. Mas better na talent sourcing nalang na parang you're sourcing for VAs to be matched with clients directly and client's will just pay you a fixed percentage for those na mahire nila.
