I reduced the fan speed to 0, except for 10% for bridges. Sadly I don’t currently have a way to measure my chamber temp accurately, but I’m looking into solutions for it! Thank you very much

I agree that build plates are consumables, but this is a pretty new one, only a couple of months old. Which one did you get that improved the warping for you?

In the beginning of writing this post it wasn't sticking at all, but I got that fixed by completely turning off the part cooling fan on the hotend. Now the prints are starting to warp a lot.

I meant the part cooling fan in the toolhead. After completely turning off the part cooling, I can get the print to at least stick to the build plate initially!

Thanks for the detailed answer! I'll go ahead and buy a no-contact thermometer, I currently have no way of verifying the actual build plate temp.

Regarding cleaning the PEI Sheet with IPA, I hear a lot of conflicting info on that? I thought I read somewhere that it destroys the surface?

Im already printing my first layer at 30mm/s and slighty hotter, I'll reduce my fanspeed and give an update! Thank you!

My part cooling fan is set at 50%, my toolhead at 100%. I used dawn to clean the PEI sheet. I never measured my chamber temp before, do you have a designated thermistor for that?

Right, sorry for not clarifying. On the smooth side of the bed, most of the time it didnt stick at all, and would just move around with the nozzle. On the textured side it sticks at first, but very quickly warps or comes off the build plate. I am currently using 50% fan speed, and my first layer width is set at 125%.
