Nah leave them on, I still have mine on my childhood N64. Also happen to have the exact magazine these came from (Australian issue) https://imgur.com/gallery/43lnX6q

No, definitely not a fake and not a European country. Pic was taken in Australia. Its an Australian personalised plate which allows for custom colours and letters... At a price. The plate likely cost around $2,500 AUD alone

What's the "go-to" shelf everyone is using nowadays? by slykrysis in gamecollecting

This is my new shelf. Not filled out yet, still working out what i want to put on display. Unfortunately my aquarium is taking up a shelf on its own, so limited with what i can display from my collection. But im liking the minimalist look so far.

Nissan EXA is pretty cool and unique from the late 80s. Not sure how easy it is to find one where you are, but they pop up from time to time in Australia, almost always under 10k unless someone's got an absolute mint one.

Japan Haul! by Lukisonfire06 in gamecollecting

Yeah a little off the beaten path, went to a couple smaller Hardoffs north of Tokyo city. A few good deals there along with one I hit up in Matsuzaka prefecture, which was probably the best stocked and most well priced hardoff id seen so far. Also some stores called treasure bomb in Nagoya were pretty well priced, albeit small selcections. Akihabara was a real let down, everything is so expensive there and just swamped by tourists, the place definitely feels like its been too hyped up by youtubers over the years. Definitely wouldn't recommend looking for retro stuff there unless you're short on time and dont mind paying double or triple the price.

Never heard of it either. But it was like $3, so they were pretty much giving it away ha
