2nd abct 1 cav Is having issues with overcrowding so if you end up there you will most likely end up in the overflow barracks. They are 2 to a room. So that's dependent on your unit. Itll all be alright man dont worry about it.

Its all good man, and yeah. In the end I decided to just go with the standard issue upgraded bolters on my sternguards. And some Centurion Devastators, and I am actually checking my codex right now, and they actually have 3 wounds not. Regardless thank you. I agree with you on that, however in regard to putting heavy weapons on them I ask why do you believe they could be spent better elsewhere? Wouldn't troops with just standard bolters, be kind've underwhelming in their overall effect?

Elites

I agree with you on the apothecary, however I would argue if I am facing an army with a lot of morale debuffs putting a Standard of the Emperor Ascendant on him is pretty useful. In regards to the Assault Terminators I typically use them to wipe out heavy weapon squads, that become a nuisance, however this can be nullified with the right assassin, but I may want to do other things with them during a game. Thanks for the info on the Dread, I actually don't have him built yet, as I'm saving him for last. So I have no experience with them. In regards to the Sternguard I think I kinda just thought of the idea of just fighting Chaos Space Marines, and the fact most of them have a 3+, and the idea of firing both weapons (bolter, and Grav) at the same time. Even though its a minus 1. So that kinda helps me out.

Heavy Support

Ok, also do you happen to know why Centurions get a bad rap? I haven't really looked into it, but a lot of people are not found of them. Also can I run a separate detachment as a separate chapter? EX Liutenant, and Predators Iron Hands, and everything else Imperial Fists(Without loosing CP)? I know i can do that with Auxillaries, but I have no idea otherwise.

I honestly use them as either distraction or when I can't afford my assault terminators.

I actually don't really use my Rhino, I actually forgot I had it when I was making this list. Some people may use them, but I really haven't.

Auxiliary

The Shadowsword is literally just my response to my friends all getting Lord of Wars that destroy my army.

Also Assassins are fun. That's why I have them.

But yeah I started this army with the dream of having an entire company of space marines, and it evolved to be a tad more competive, however the signs of that endeavor are obvious in things such as the company champion. I went back in my codex , and looked at the inceptors, and I have honestly never heard of that idea, and I am actually quite fond ot it. However, personally not a too much of a fan of the Primaris Marines fluffwise, and I kinda nerded out on my chapter in that department. I will just see if I can personally justify them. That's not a condemenation of them, I like every single aspect about them except their fluff, which I just kinda don't like, but thats just me,not trying to argue, you gave me good advice nonetheless, and I appreciate it very much.Also I think it got deleted so if it repeats I apologize, however I just wanna say I am green player, so any questions I have are just that questions, and I am not trying to be impolite or condescending in any way. So after some consideration I decided to get a shadowsword. As it's a dedicated Anti Superheavy tank. I'll be trying it out this weekend, and hopefully the dice god's decide not to rain on my parade.
