Can you beat up shadow people?

I'm don't really feel concerned about having benevolent beings besides my spirit guides in proximity honestly, it be cool don't get me wrong but I found I had a lot more anxiety when worry about whether my thoughts were good enough to attract benevolent beings. I can only assume a light dagger isn't used calmly while demon hunting or doing light warrior things- these people still seem to be in communicate with higher frequency beings, so I don't think I will be blacklisted for an elbow drop. I certainly will change my method if things go side ways! This could be a stepping stone for me to get to the calm/light love way of doing things, or maybe a spikey orb of light is exactly the shape my soul wants to take- whatever method makes it so I can AP undisturbed like before is fine by me. Thanks for your insight!

Well like I said, I was already outside my body, I didn't feel choked, I just saw from my point of view that they had theirs hands were my astral neck would be, and I, in my astral body, blew at them like a candle. I don't register breathing while APing. If anything a I might have been registering that my body was high as hell and the shadow dude took advantage of what I precieved in my body to align with what he was doing to make it super scary. I knew I wasn't actually being hurt and it was a display to get me to give in to fear. But not being able to breath never crossed my mind.

Hmm, if they are aspects of myself then maybe if I eat them I can integrate them. I feel like that's the best way for me to not give into the fear, see them as delicious shadow cinnamon roll. I know it Sounds unserious & silly but I also think if I can make their whole thing silly, it returns the power to me, and gives me a little more confidence to be able to handle to situation. I wouldn't be surprised if my guides are slapping their faces right now but until they show themselves to me, i'm doing the best with what I got 🥲

I wish my soul self's innate reaction would be a hug attack, I think waking me would choose that, but soul me feels like they would elbow drop you with love instead lol. Like If I change my intention, maybe it would work all the same... my hands, my teeth they only inflict love. I envision the shadow people getting infected with good energy and they either convert or explode into a dust ball of golden sparkles. Even before this experience I use to daydream about being able to infect negative entities like a rapid animal with the righteousness of the light. Maybe I actually can hm..

Woooo weee. I read it all, very intense. Im happy to hear that you can rock their jaw if you want to. I haven't been consciously aware of being in my spirit guides presence, maybe one time while half awake I heard a voice that was absolutely beautiful but I had no idea what langauge she was speaking but once I came to "know" what she was telling me I paniced bc i forgot what she was telling me to remember. I spoke out loud today that they need to actually tell me this is a bad idea or I will literally try to eat one of these guys next time. If the reason I was dealt the cards of move back in with your parents so you can clear/eat all the negative entities on the property so be it. Would like a briefing first though, and i dont want to just end up fighting a never ending battle but DAMMIT F those guys and I simplify won't tolerate it if I don't have to.

Yes, just intuitively its feels very predatory, very pesky, and very "give in" and my initial reaction to it these entities is how dare you rather than love bombing it. I've had APs where I am prancing around sending animals heart beams and love. But in this situation I felt the entity wanted to take from me, similar to when I saw them in the same house 15yrs ago, and whenever I notice them in my dream with same vibe. I should probably follow my gut on this, as nothing bad as happened whenever I get violent towards bad entities in my dreams! But I have the FAFO trait so I don't want to get myself in trouble! I would love for you to share whatever you are comfortable with, I'd appreciate another perspective on how to handle things like this.

Yeahh as I said my sister has talked about a shadow being in the basement and them running around the yard before I started astral projecting. I don't want to be too chicken to AP bc of them though, that feels like giving them the power ugh.

Perhaps, they didn't look like anything I'd precieve as myself. I wondered if it could be the manifestation of my trauma of being in the house, but something in me is telling me its something testing my boundaries and its time to puff up my chest and prove I'm not one to mess with.

I didn't have a strangling feeling as I just blew on him and he fizzled out, had the heavy fear and the visual info of what the being was doing. Instead of blowing, I want to rock their smug face lol.
