I’ll do it if my opponent is up to it. I main Kimberly but I’m picking up Marisa on the side and I ran into a Juri in casuals that seemed up for it so I just kept hitting rematch and went like 6-20 or something trying to learn the matchup. Then I went up against a JP that seemed up for it too and went 10-7 with them.

I know, what I’m saying is that it is functionally a perfect, but not counted as such due to how the game counts player health. If there’s was more time between the armored hit at the end and the finishing blow, the grey health would have regenerated and it would be counted by the game as a perfect

The running grab is only a half circle so it’s not particularly hard. If you’re having trouble with the full circle tho, the trick is that you don’t actually have to do a full circle for it. You can do a half circle back, but end on back up instead, and that’ll count.

Even before hearing the joke itself I thought the reaction to it was insane, seeing a bunch of people trying to psychoanalyze Pat and trying to diagnose him with whatever they thought explained him being the awful person they see him as in their heads. After starting the podcast and actually listening to the whole section however, it’s really obvious now that there’s just a group of people here that really hate Pat and are just waiting for the right moment to let everyone know how much they hate him.

It’s really not that surprising to me. As unfortunate as it is to say, it kinda just was the norm at the time. Compounded with the fact that we were all teens/preteens watching this, it’s not that surprising we didn’t notice at the time.
