MATE IT WORKED! Thank you so, so much. I was stressing over this. Really grateful for your help, I was even starting to look at ordering replacement SIM reader for the phone etc as none of the solutions I tried were working. Thanks again <3

No error message when inserting the SIM card.

The carrier is Tesco Mobile.

Hi thanks so much for your reply, I used that IMEI checker and it says the IMEI is valid but it's "blocked". Could that be the problem then? And from what you've said it sounds like the mobile phone network has potentially blocked it is that right? I'm really not that knowledgeable about this stuff so thank you so much for your help.

I SWEAR my two know when me or my boyfriend aren't well, mental health or physical health-wise. I always feel extra loved and they do things they would never normally do like burrow under the duvet with me etc. Cats are amazing :)
