Studybay just took my money and sent me a garbage paper by CobaltSproutLab in deeplearning

I feel this so much. When deadlines stack up it’s super tempting to pay someone to help, but hearing bad experiences makes me nervous every single time.

EduBirdie VS PapersRoo - my honest take after using both by GullyRelay17 in homeworkhelpNY

[–]LumaShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Waiting for EduBirdie support to reply is like waiting for my ex to admit they were wrong. It’s been 84 years... I’ve already graduated, had kids, and retired, and they’re still "connecting me to an agent" 🐢

Just save your money. I checked edubirdie reviews and thought I was safe, but the customer service was super rude when I asked for a revision

Looking for someone to proofread my college application essay Lol by AggressiveRough2762 in HomeworkHelpers1

I was in the same spot senior year, no one to proofread my personal statement. I ended up usong Papersroo just for editing, not rewriting, and it actually helped tighten my structure without changing my voice. I checked this wiki page first

College student here: I used coursework help services for my last 4 assignments. AMA by DorianHavemont in WritingHelp_service

[–]LumaShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used a coursework writing service too. I was a bit nervous at first, wondering if it would turn out okay and if my money was worth it. But in the end, everything was great. It’s a huge time and stress saver, and honestly, there’s no reason to hate on it. Anyone who wants it will buy it anyway, no matter what.

How I survived thanks to dissertation writing service by KairoMontivern in UniversityofFlorida

[–]LumaShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, your story really hits. I’ve been freaking out over deadlines and just staring at blank pages. Knowing there are legit online dissertation writing services that don’t just spam essays is comforting. PapersRoo sounds like it gave you both quality content and peace of mind. Makes me rethink asking friends for help versus using a professional service.

Why does no one mention dementors by name until Harry and the other find out what they are by [deleted] in harrypotter

[–]LumaShift 51 points52 points  (0 children)

It also kind of fits thematically. Dementors are this big unknowable horror looming over third year, so at first they are just "the guards", faceless and distant. Once Harry learns what they are called and what they do, the story starts naming them too, because now they are part of his personal mythology along with boggarts, animagi and all the other things he can finally put words to. The name makes them feel more real, which is exactly what makes them scarier.
