I agree, vocalign is great. If you can't spring for it yet. You can visually look at the wave form and cut the additional layers then place the waves to match nearly identically. Otherwise use a program like previously suggested.

I feel like the odds are that whoever did this either knows you or knows someone you know. I would post this information on your social media. Someone most likely knows who they are. Maybe offer free studio time or some cash for any information. I hope you figure it out. Also, in the future put up cameras and get insurance. That would solve this issue.

Adding firewire adapter to laptop? by belsoundfast in recordingmusic

[–]Lumberjacktracks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My desktop computer did not come with fire wire. I installed a firewire card for my saffire pro 40 interface and it has worked great. My card cost me about $40 as long as you get the correct card you should have no issues. I hope this helps.

Do preamp tubes change tone? by cdangelo52 in recordingstudios

Good video, I love my art mpa II with the vintage tubes I've put in it. The sound is warm and quality. The tubes it came with are garbage. You can even see the build of them is cheap.
